We offer a free exchange for a new size or new product. Exchange your product via our return portal.

In our return portal, you can indicate which product you wish to exchange. Your exchange will be registered in our system and you will receive your return label by mail. We will process your exchange within 2-3 working days after we have received your package.

There is a 14-day full right of return, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order. When returning a product, you must cover any return costs yourself.

You can buy a return label via our return portal. You are also welcome to buy your return label outside of our return portal, as long as the package is sent to our business address:

We process all return packages within 14 working days. You will receive an email as soon as your order has been refunded.

It can take between 3 - 5 banking days, depending on which bank you use, before you can see the reversal in your account overview.

Yes, you can always have the right of return extended in the event that your order is to be given as a gift.
