Payment

Globe Studios accepts payment via VISA-Dankort, VISA, VISA Electron, Mastercard, and PayPal. Payment will only be deducted from your account when the item has been shipped. All prices include VAT.

We also accept payments via Anyday. The amount will be deducted from your card when the item is shipped. When choosing Anyday as a payment method, the first installment is charged upon shipment, followed by monthly payments on the last business day of the next three months. No fees or interest are added if payments are made on time. If you return your purchase, the agreement with Anyday will automatically be terminated.

Delivery

We ship to all of Denmark. Your order will be delivered through the shipping provider chosen at checkout and will arrive within 2-5 business days. A tracking number will always be provided so you can follow your package from our warehouse to your doorstep.

Warranty

A 2-year warranty is provided in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act. The warranty covers material and/or manufacturing defects not specified in the product description. 

The warranty does not cover damages resulting from incorrect handling of the product/service. Any defects must be reported within a "reasonable time" after discovery.

Refunds

If a refund is necessary, please provide your bank details (account number and sort code) to facilitate the transfer of the agreed amount.

Returns Outside of Denmark

For international returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

If returning from outside Denmark, please follow these steps:

  • Include your order number in the package.

  • Ship the package to the following address:

We only accept packages that are shipped directly to the address above.

Unclaimed Packages

A fee of 40 DKK will be charged for unclaimed packages. If you wish to have the package resent, you will be responsible for the new shipping costs.

Right of Withdrawal

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal, unless otherwise agreed upon at the time of purchase. This means you can return or exchange an item within 14 days from the day you receive your order.

  • Returns must be shipped within 14 days of receiving your package.
  • If you return the item after this period, we cannot accept the return.
  • It is your responsibility to check whether the return deadline has passed before sending the package.

If you wish to extend the return period for a gift, this must be arranged before purchase. Otherwise, the standard 14-day return policy applies.

Customers are responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

Condition of the Item Upon Return

You are only liable for a reduction in the item's value if it has been used beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functionality—similar to trying an item in a physical store.

  • If the item has been used beyond this standard, it will be considered used.
  • If the item is returned in a used condition, only a partial refund or no refund will be issued.
  • To receive a full refund, the item must be returned in its original condition and unused.

Complaints

You are always welcome to contact Globe Studios with any complaints. If we cannot reach a resolution, you may submit a complaint to the Center for Complaint Resolution (Nævnenes Hus) at:
